1. Delivery Coverage

We offer nationwide shipping across Pakistan, including major cities and remote areas.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

  • Major Cities: 2–4 working days
  • Other Areas: 3–6 working days

Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
  • Free shipping may be offered on orders above a certain amount (if applicable).

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email to monitor your shipment.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery service across Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the delivery address.

7. Failed Deliveries

If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address or unavailability:

  • The courier may attempt redelivery.
  • Additional charges may apply for re-shipping.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos of the package and products
    We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

While we strive for timely delivery, DermaFit.pk is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or events beyond our control.
